402 techs and students attended the 62nd Annual OSRT Radiological Sciences Seminar March 27-29, 2008 @ Tulsa Southern Hills Marriott!

Thank you Tori Maxey and her gang for the wonderful job you did putting this together!!!

***A BIG THANK YOU FROM TORI!***

Thanks to all of you who attended our 62nd Annual Seminar in Tulsa!  I was so pleased to see so many of my professional colleagues and students in attendance, and I hope that all of you enjoyed your time in Tulsa.

I was absent for half of the conference due to a sudden death in my family, but I was confident all would go well, as I have so many good friends who graciously offer their help anytime.  I wish to personally thank those who stepped up to help in my hour of need--both at the conference and in the 12 months of planning:

OSRT Board of Directors:  Kolee Bailey, Barbara Harper, Summer Taylor, Bradford Gildon, Amy Brown, Mary Pierce-Reagan, Jean Hailey, Lynda Reynolds, Deb Espen, MiYoung Kim, and Tomea Williams.

OSRT members:  Curtis Holmes, Rusty Middleton, Greg Hitchcock, Jess Parker and many others behind the scenes.

TO MY BELOVED SEMINAR COMMITTEE:
To all of you, I cannot begin to express my gratitude for your friendship and your devoted service to the OSRT.  The annual seminar is a monumental project which cannot be accomplished without all of you!  I truly appreciate your help again this year in making our seminar a huge success!

***Special thanks to Kathy Davis and Pam Baney for getting our CE approvals, Curtis Holmes for commercial exhibitors' support, Monica Manlandro for registration for 402 people, Wade Barker for the golf outing & registration, Linnette Polk for scientific essays, Donna Madden and Carrie Baxter for scientific exhibits, and Chris Stufflebeam for Wilhelm's Trivia.  Thanks also to so many who pitched in to send me speakers, contribute a lecture, pass out forms, moderate, work registration, stuff packets, and oh so many other jobs.

*TO CHRISTINE LUNG, PETER SHAMS-AVARI, CINDY DANIELS, AND KEVIN POWERS from the ASRT who picked Oklahoma as the debut state for their new grassroots, licensure, lobbying, & affiliate relations sessions---THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
