Please read this prior to
renewing your membership
To advance our organization with new
technologies available and "Go Green", the OSRT
became a new client of a remarkable web-based company named
CVENT. This program will enhance our current
on-line membership and seminar registration processes, as
well as provide new email communication opportunities to
include: membership invitations, renewal notices, seminar
invitations, meeting reminders, seminar agendas, membership
card attachments, election ballots, and etc.
The OSRT will accept mail-in payments,
but will no longer accept mail-in forms . All
registrations will be processed on-line. Purchases
will however include three options of payment: credit card,
check, or purchase orders. Those paying by check or
Purchase Orders will show a balance owed until the check is
received and processed. Those paying by credit card
will have 5 options: Visa, Master Card, Discover, American
Express, or Paypal.
To assist us in keeping you current
with society events and updates, it is important that a
working email address be provided during the registration
process.
Our goal is to take this to yet another
level and implement the capability of tracking CE credits
for our active members.
