The Mission
of the Oklahoma
Society of
Radiologic Technologists

Attention All Radiologic Technologists !

OSRT invites you to visit our new Oklahoma Advocacy Action Center hosted on the ASRT website.

We will use this page to post up-to-date information and announcements regarding S.B. 782 and the push for state licensure for radiographer, radiation therapists and nuclear medicine technologists.

OSRT, Inc. is the organization in Oklahoma that represents the Radiologic Technology professionals in the state. Our mission is to provide state of the art education, communication, and representation for our society while creating public awareness regarding our integrity, professionalism, and humanitarianism. The purposes of the society are to advance the science of Radiologic Technology, to assist in establishing and maintaining high standards of education and training, to elevate the quality of patient care, and to improve the welfare and socio-economics of Radiologic Technologists. These purposes shall not be restricted by any consideration of nationality, race, color, sex, or creed.

Founded in 1945, the organization has been the instrument for our professionals to share ideas and interests, network with colleagues, and participate in ongoing educational accreditation.

OSRT, Inc., offers two educational seminars, the Midyear Seminar during National Radiologic Technology Week, and the Annual Radiologic Sciences Seminar held in the spring.
